The German decor throughout the hotel was tastefully done, it had a classic and elegant feel. Both the front desk staff and restaurant staff were extremely professional and provided excellent service. They were quick to respond to any requests we had prior to our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for enjoyable walks, shopping, and hiking. Our room was spacious and had a cozy sitting area, wooden floors, and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was one of the nicest we've ever had, with a walk-in shower. The balcony offered a stunning view of the river. We were even able to dine outside in October! Although a bit pricey, the pork medallions with Pfefferling mushrooms were highly recommended. Breakfast was fresh and although not extensive, it was satisfying. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's gluten-free meal. The receptionist/manager made us feel very welcome and ensured our stay was special. The customer service was outstanding. The hotel also offers free parking which was convenient. our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and we wish we could have stayed longer.
